No, our service is a rolling monthly service. We would be sad to see you go, but if you need to, the service can be cancelled at any time. We do not offer any refunds for partial months which have not been used when cancelling.

Yes. The £40 a month price tag is inclusive of VAT. Your monthly receipt/invoice shows the VAT information for our business

No, our service is £40 per month for as long as you need the service. We take the first month’s payment on order and the only other up front payment is for the purchase of your domain name if you do not already have one. Site Simple is all about providing visually excellent, perfectly formed, simple brand websites. Online stores, also known as eCommerce websites, are far from simple.
